14 Day Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 14 days and we’ll refund the full cost of the item, minus shipping costs.

Option: full refund or a store credit.

30 Day Exchange Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 30 days and we will exchange it for another item (a store credit). You can choose from any products that were available on the original purchase day only.

Digital Products

Digital products cannot be returned because they are downloadable, licensed, or accessed on a subscription basis.

*Return Merchandise Authorization

Contact HRI to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) at [email protected] Products must be received by HRI within fifteen (15) business days after the RMA is issued. The company will refund the original purchase price of products, less any return fees. SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL PRODUCTS until HRI receives them.

Please Note: S&H fee is $30 plus 5% of purchase price. Prices are based on a world average.

FROM SECURE STORAGE - If your product is being returned from the Gem-Vault at Jewellery Judge, there will be no fees charged to the Customer for shipping, handling and or any re-appraisals.

ALL OTHER GEM RETURNS - Reappraisal, repackaging and/or restocking fees may apply. A waiting period for stone(s) verification applies to complete the transaction. The Wholesale Purchaser will be permitted to make their alternate gemstone selection upon confirmation from the appraiser.
