Rob Hayward – Vice President of Operations
Rob comes to Homerun International Inc. from the energy industry. Beginning in 1994 and serving for 11 years, Rob rose through the field of oilfield manufacturing and acquired leadership roles as both Quality Assurance Manager and in Production Management for Hunting Oilfield Services and Weatherford Canada Partnership respectively. One of Rob’s final duties, and proudest accomplishments with Weatherford was in becoming a Local Business Unit Trainer for Weatherford’s Enterprise Excellence Process. As a certified QCB ISO9001-2000 quality system auditor, Rob brings to Homerun his passion for systematizing processes by providing procedures which structure the business and provide a built in reduction of wasted efficiency while nurturing an atmosphere for continual process improvement to grow. Rob’s key strengths in communications combined with an uncanny ability to simplify complicated concepts are vital in the successful structuring of operations for Homerun International Inc.

Jessica Bennett – Director of Investor Relations
Jessica Bennett graduated with honors in Marketing from the University of Saskatchewan College Of Commerce, within the top ten percentile of her class. Upon moving to Calgary, Mrs. Bennett obtained the role of Advertising Account Executive for the Calgary Sun, with Homerun Investments being one of her clients. After building a strong relationship with the Homerun team and experiencing the integrity and great potential of this company, Jessica accepted a position of Sales and Marketing for Homerun’s mentoring program for Real Estate Investors. Working with client transactions on a daily basis and building strong relationships is definitely one of Jessica’s strengths and passions. Now, Director of Investor Relations with Homerun International, Jessica’s excellent communication skills, dependable client interaction, and ability to produce reliable and valuable information to investors makes this role a perfect fit for her.
Over the last three years Jessica Bennett has been working hand in hand with Candice Graf and Rob Hayward in the daily operations of Homerun International. She has been a vital part of the negotiations and/or acquisition of over $30,000,000 in Real Estate transactions in Alberta.

Frank Graf - Project Manager
Mr. Graf has owned and operated a successful consulting company, which oversees the renovations and/or construction of new projects in the industrial refrigeration industry for over 5 years. Mr. Graf’s background includes project management, training for up and coming apprentices, consultation to the City of Calgary for large recreational projects and the overseeing of construction and installation in an extremely specialized field.
As the project manager for Homerun International Inc., Mr. Graf’s experience, skills and qualifications from 20 years of industrial mechanical expertise, is a extreme advantage to this company and its future projects.

Robert Hayward – Purchasing Manager
Robert has achieved recognition as a sales and marketing leader in fields ranging from consumer sales and international business promotions to publishing. Now he leads our purchasing department as we source materials and vendors for our development projects. Before joining Homerun, Robert took Calgary’s Renovations Magazine from the brink of failure to award-winning status. As editor and contributing writer, he also personally sold an average of $90,000 of advertising in each issue. In April 2005, Robert was awarded the Jeanine Coughlin Memorial “Marketing Person of the Year” “SAM” Award at the annual convention of the Calgary Region Home Builders Association.

Crystal Hayward – Personal Assistant
Crystal Hayward is an extremely efficient and organized individual. As Candice’s personal Administrative Assistant and longest standing employee of Homerun, she is responsible for the maintenance of the HRI office. Crystal also maintains and updates HRI’s document retrieval system as well as filing, inventory, mailing, correspondence, bookkeeping and banking transactions.
Tony Soliven - Multi-Media Design
With expertise in multimedia and graphic design plus degrees from Applied Multimedia in Calgary and a Bachelor of Science in Fine Arts from the Philippines, Tony manages Homerun’s graphic design, branding and video productions.
